Job Description: Learns about products, services, policies,
procedures, operating systems, and how to apply this knowledge when
responding to Banker inquiries. Under direct supervision, provides
centralized customer service to store locations by responding to
basic questions from store Bankers and other Wells Fargo team
members. Acts as an information resource for store Bankers by
responding to questions and conducting basic research about Bank
products, services, operational policies/procedures and
transactions. Responsible for completing call tracking and
supporting documentation. Escalates complex questions to more senior
staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-year general customer service or financial services experience
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
- Basic listening and verbal/written communication skills.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to function
in a fast-paced, disciplined environment.
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of PC skills including the ability to
navigate computer applications in a Windows environment, typing
speed of 40-50 WPM and have the proven ability to utilize multiple
search engines.
Must be available to attend a paid training course starting
September 13, 2010, Monday through Friday for 6 to 8 weeks. After
training, we are hiring for 2 different full time shifts:
-40 hours a week, 8 hour shifts somewhere between the hours of 10:00
am to 8:00 pm, Monday-Saturday with a standard day off during the
week.
-30 hours per week, 6 hour shifts somewhere between 10:00 am and 6
pm, Monday-Friday.
Salary: Minimum starting salary is $12.00 an hour Depending On
Experience
